Team Santa Fe will change the name of its team for any sponsor that donates $30,000 or more to the team.

The dominate logo that will appear on all team uniforms, backpacks, helmets, kayaks, rafts, support vehicles, and banners at transition areas will be the logo of the Platinum Sponsor. Team members will make themselves available upon reasonable notice to speak at events organized by the sponsor. Team members will make themselves available upon reasonable notice for any film or photographic promotional activity to sponsor and also write articles about the team for the sponsor's newsletters or preferred print media.

Team members will provide staged photographs of team members competing in clothing provided by the sponsors and with only the sponsor's insignia. Additionally, Team Santa Fe members will always wear the sponsorship logo in all of its other races planned in 2000 and whenever making a public speaking appearance.

Logo on all team uniforms, backpacks, helmets, kayaks, rafts, support vehicles, and banners at transition areas will be the logo of the Gold Sponsor. A team member will make himself or herself available once a year upon reasonable notice to speak at events organized by the sponsor.

Team members will always wear the sponsorship logo in all of its other races planned in 2000 and whenever making a public speaking appearance. Team members will provide staged photographs of team members competing in clothing provided by the sponsor and with only the sponsor's insignia.
